STANLEY M. SIEDE, ESQ.

STAN SIEDE received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from New York Law School in 1974. He has a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. Siede is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He has worked as in-house counsel for several companies doing business internationally, has organized foreign corporations and advised as to local and foreign compliance and governance issues. He acquired tax audit experience (state and federal) in the context of corporations with foreign business and branch offices. His immigration experience arose from his international business practice. His expertise is drafting persuasive briefs in support of applications for business based visas and extraordinary and specialty visas in the E, O, and P categories.  Mr. Siede's experience in accounting and business law has made him uniquely qualified for drafting accurate and effective briefs and appeals detailing a corporate petitioner's ability to pay in the employment immigration context.  In addition, he has worked in the area of Aviation law for ten years, specializing in the complex issues of leasing and selling aircraft to foreign companies.
